Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support in coordination with sales teams
- Coordinate with local clients
- Provide energy storage technical supports
- Conduct on-site technical presentations
- Gather local market intelligence
- Independently complete on-site installation and grid-connected commissioning of energy storage projects
- Follow up the full-cycle implementation of projects
- Take charge of after-sales operation and maintenance for responsible region
- Handle client inquiries via work order system
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory logs
- Deliver operation & maintenance training to clients
- Communicate with local clients
- Coordinate with the Leeds team to resolve technical issues arising from projects and after-sales services
- Build local service networks and standardized workflows
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of technical working experience in solar, energy storage or new energy electrical industries
- Combined practical experience in pre-sales technical support and on-site after-sales service
- Required Skills
- Proficient in solar, energy storage systems and electrical principles
- Capable of independently providing technical support as well as performing on-site commissioning and equipment maintenance
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Able to communicate with clients and deliver technical training independently
- Familiar with local United Kingdom grid standards
- Long-term stable resident in United Kingdom and available for field business trips within the region
