I am working with a leading boutique advisory firm, assisting them to hire Valuations professionals at Senior Consultant and Manager level for their office in central London. The team is experiencing incredible growth, having recorded 50% business growth this year. The wider firm has opened multiple new international offices over the last couple of years, and their goal is to double in size over the next 5 years.
These roles would suit Valuations professionals with the desire to join a company that is agile, dynamic and collegiate. You will have plenty of autonomy, all the while working in a friendly, supportive environment with less bureaucracy and politics than a Big 4 firm.
The role: The team executes valuation and financial modelling engagements in the context of a transaction (M&A, divestiture, joint‑venture, etc.), financial reporting purposes (e.g., goodwill impairment testing, purchase price allocation, etc.), tax purposes (legal reorganisation of large corporates) or strategic purposes (e.g., decision‑making, capital efficiency, capital allocation, etc.). As part of the Valuation Services team, you will work alongside experts in the fields of valuations, transformation, restructuring and transaction services, but will mainly focus on:
- Performing and reviewing complex valuation models
- Identifying and understanding key business drivers and providing value to the client
- Managing the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with different stakeholders
- Steering and providing guidance to more junior team members
Requirements: I am keen to hear from professionals with a proven track record in Valuations from a Big 4 or other large consulting firm. Visa sponsorship can be supported for those outside of the UK. In return, you will receive a highly competitive package. Development and career progression opportunities arise from working alongside experienced Partners and Directors on a daily basis.
