We have been selected to deliver a transformation project for the Risk and Internal Audit teams of an award-winning and globally recognisable software & IT business, on an exclusive basis. As part of this work, we are looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to join the business.

The role can be \’based in various location around the UK (they have offices in the UK Midlands, in London, and in Manchester), where you will work 2-3 days in, and the rest will be from home.

Reporting to the Global Head of Audit and Risk, who interacts daily with the Group CFO, the primary part of this role is build, maintain and communicate the company Enterprise Risk Management policy, objectives and expectations, via the roll out of the ERM framework, and to support the strategic business units with the identification and reporting of strategic and material business risks and associated control environment.

Given the need for you to hit the ground running, we are looking for a person to act as a \’safe pair of hands\’, with experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), who has the ability to work in teams as well as on individual projects, is a team player and willing to contribute to the development of the function during their tenure. You will need to be a self-starter who can manage your own time and proactively seek and execute activities that will add value to the Risk function.
