Financial modelling professionals looking for a new challenge? Excited by the prospect of joining a fast‐growing independent consulting firm? I am currently assisting one of our key clients to hire a Modelling Manager / Senior Manager for their Valuations & Financial Modelling team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a relatively young but fast‐growing team that is capturing market share from established players.
The team is responsible for the development and building of evidence based Excel models in the context of management reporting, financial modelling (e.g. business plans, sell‐side/buy‐side models, scenario modelling), operational modelling (e.g. to integrate three statements, actuals and forecasts), tax structuring and optimisation and infrastructure modelling (e.g. renewables, etc.).
What's in it for you? This firm offers you a unique opportunity to join one of Europe's most successful, independent advisory firms. The team is experiencing incredible growth, having recorded 50% business growth this year. The wider firm has opened multiple new international offices over the last couple of years. They believe in maintaining a clear, uncompromising focus on their clients and employees, and are far less focussed on internal politics / hierarchies / processes that often weigh down other businesses.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline
- Advanced financial modelling skills with a strong understanding of valuation methodologies
- Excellent Excel capabilities, including demonstrable experience with VBA
- Ability to build, review and enhance complex, flexible and auditable models
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
