If you\’re a forensic accountant looking to get exposure to a wide array of projects, my client in London could be a great fit for you. They\’re a large but independent management consultancy firm (45 staff in forensics) and the work is very diverse, both in scope and geographically.
Fraud investigations, asset tracing, expert witness reports, matrimonial disputes, and contentious insolvency projects have all been undertaken in the last year.
The firm\’s philosophy is that its partners are hands-on with projects. So whilst you will have management responsibilities, you\’ll be working alongside some of the best forensic accountants (WWL/GAR recognized) in the UK, receiving one-to-one coaching as you go.
No two days will be the same here, and thanks to their lack of conflicts (they don\’t offer audit or tax services), they are continuing to win projects that will keep you busy for 2023/24.
They offer a salary of between 80-120k (depending on prior experience), coupled with:
- one of the best bonus schemes in consulting
- up to 1 year of parental leave
- completely flexible home/office work options post-COVID
- private and dental plans (plus family coverage)
- private pension (5-8% employer contributions)
- 25 days leave + public (and purchase up to 5 more days)
- income protection
- life assurance
- gym/health options
- + more
They\’re looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager (3-6 years of post-qualification forensics/audit experience). All of their Partners and most of their Directors have been promoted from within, so hopefully, this isn\’t just your next job, but the one after that as well.
You do need a formal accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA, etc.) to be eligible for the role.
