How about finishing a solid day on audit and instead of sitting in traffic or having your train delayed (again), you're heading down to the beach, meeting friends for dinner, or jumping into a last-minute water-sports day the office organised. That's the reality in the Channel Islands. If you're an Audit Senior with Financial Services client exposure, a move to Jersey could be amazing - not only for your career, but lifestyle too.

We have an opportunity for you to join one of the most respected firms globally, in a location many only get to visit on holiday. The Channel Islands are one of the world's established international finance centres, with thousands of professionals building careers across global clients. Which means you're not "stepping away" from serious work by moving here. If anything, you get closer to it. You'll get exposure to complex work, real responsibility on engagements, and the chance to progress faster than you might in a big city office, because you'll have a high visibility role.

This team has built something special: a high-performing audit practice with a genuinely social culture. People work hard during busy season (because audit is audit), but outside of that, they actually enjoy island life together, think team scavenger hunts around the island, charity initiatives, sports days on the water, and regular social events. The office is incredibly international too, so settling in is easier than most offshore moves.

Who we're looking for:

  • ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent) qualified
  • 3+ years external audit experience
  • Financial services client exposure is ideal (can be varied across the sector)
  • Current or previous UK experience is a big advantage
  • Someone who enjoys team culture and getting involved outside of work too
