Hanako Flowers is a luxury floral design studio creating exceptional wedding and event florals across London, the UK and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Lead Wedding Florist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about luxury wedding floristry, thrives on creativity and wants to be part of building a leading floral brand.
The Role
Location: London/Hertfordshire & UK-wide travel required. As Lead Wedding Florist, you will be responsible for planning, managing and executing weddings and events to the highest standard. From the initial consultation through to installation and event delivery, you will oversee every detail to ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience. You will work closely with our Creative Director to bring wedding visions to life, manage floral production, lead installations and help maintain the quality and creativity that Hanako is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in luxury wedding and event floristry
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-end wedding work
- Excellent floral design skills and a creative eye for colour, texture and composition
- Experience planning and delivering weddings from concept to completion
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Full UK driving licence preferred
