Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, energetic with the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Be flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Always happy to help customers with a smile
- Able to work as part of a team or on your own whilst maintaining high standards at all times
- Excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labeling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Be organised and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for customers, clients and colleagues
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am on some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
Qualifications
- Pride in your work, continually looking for ways to improve and to learn
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work
