Job Description
As our people are our most important asset, we are seeking the right someone to join our family. Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a full-time Area Support Manager to come and join our team supporting various kiosks with production, training and mentoring. You will be the go-to person for the area. This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies

Qualifications
Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Be highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
