The role focuses on leading a small team, maintaining high food safety standards, and delivering fresh, high-quality sushi each shift.
The successful candidate will supervise crew, prepare ingredients by hand, ensure accurate labeling and allergen controls, and start early (as early as 6am) to meet daily targets
