The predicted salary is between 20 - 20 £ per hour.

We are looking for a Sushi Chef Manager with a minimum of 35 hours per week in our new kiosk, Asian Corner - Starbeck, c/o Morrison’s, Hookstone Chase, Harrogate, HG2 7LD.

  • Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
  • Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
  • Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
  • Be organised, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients, and ourselves
  • An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
  • Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Prepare and sell fresh sushi products to company standards
  • Recruit, train, and lead your own team
  • Manage stock, waste, and daily operations
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
