Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a full time floating Chef manager to come and join our team and support our sites in south east London, including Bromley, Chislehurst, Locksbottom, Charlton, Sydenham & Dulwich, for this role having your own transport would be advantageous.

Job Description

This role requires your own vehicle and milage will be paid .

A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.

Qualifications
Able to:
Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
