You should be able to work as part of a team or independently, while maintaining high standards at all times. You are excited about producing high quality and sustainable food products, and you are proud of your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required.
- Organize work area and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and a safe environment for customers, clients and ourselves.
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days.
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.

- Good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.
- Reliable transportation for commute to work early in the morning.
