Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and support occasionally our teams in Sainsbury's kiosks in:
- Sainsbury Castle Court, BS4 3BD
- Sainsbury Clifton Down, BS8 2NN
- Sainsbury Emersons Green BS16 7AE
- Sainsbury Winterstoke Road BS3 2NS
- Sainsbury Bath BA1 2DR
This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid. As our people are our most important asset, we are seeking the right someone to join our family.
If you are:

Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Be highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
And have:
- Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example
- Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
