Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef to come and support our teams in Sainsbury's kiosks in:
- Moortown, 9-11, Moortown Allerton Centre, Leeds LS17 5NY
- Shorehead, Southgate, Huddersfield HD1 6QR
- Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QN
- Wetherby Road, Harrogate, HG2 8QZ
- Monks Cross, Jockey Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9LG
- M&S, Meadowhall Way Unit 2, 1 The Arcade, High Street 41-45, Sheffield S9 1EH
- M&S, Martello Way, Unit A Vangarde Retail Park, Phoenix Lane, York YO32 9AE
This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

Able to:
- Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
- Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Be highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take
- Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
And have:
- Experience in leading people, who can build confidence and capability in your team enabling them to succeed
- Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment whilst always leading by example
- Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
