Sushi Gourmet are recruiting a Full Time Mobile Sushi Chef Manager to come and support our teams in Sainsbury's kiosks in:
- Moortown, 9-11, Moortown Allerton Centre, Leeds LS17 5NY
- Shorehead, Southgate, Huddersfield HD1 6QR
- Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QN
- Wetherby Road, Harrogate, HG2 8QZ
- Monks Cross, Jockey Lane, Huntington, York, YO32 9LG
- M&S, Martello Way, Unit A Vangarde Retail Park, Phoenix Lane, York YO32 9AE
This role requires your own vehicle and mileage will be paid.

- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
And are able to:
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Able to clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Be organised, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
- Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Paying up to £12.96 to £13 per hour, depending on experience.

- Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
- Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
