Hamstel Infant School and Nursery, part of the MAT with Hamstel Junior School, invites a Lead Caretaker to oversee site operations in Southend-on-Sea. The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with core hours 8:00am–4:00pm and occasional split shifts or after-hours duties as needed.
You will support maintenance across the infant and nursery site. The successful candidate will manage a team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety practices across facilities.
