Teaching Assistant 1 : 1 SEN support

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic part-time Teaching Assistant supporting a child with additional needs on a 1 : 1 basis, at our friendly primary school. This is a rewarding post for candidates who will thrive on the opportunity to positively affect student outcomes.

As part of our proactive school team, you will give a range of support to students and will therefore need a positive attitude as well as being able to use your own initiative. The ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with others is key, as is the requirement to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Situated on the Surrey / Croydon border, Hamsey Green Primary School is a two-form entry primary school within Tandridge Learning Trust and shares a beautiful large campus with Warlingham Secondary School and Sixth Form College. The nursery is situated on the campus and have bespoke facilities, including access to a lovely forest school area. There is a strong sense of community and teamwork within the school and we believe that happy children achieve best. The school was very recently inspected and has a ‘Good’ status which we intend to build upon in our pursuit of excellence.
