Job Description Hamptons are currently looking for an experienced Tenancy Account Administrator to join our support HUB based in Bristol.

Key
Responsibilities: This challenging role deals with both the internal and external customer and is an integral part of the lettings process.
Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolution to unallocated monies.
Communication with landlord and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.
Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA.
Provision of quality information to the business and to the customer regarding client accounts and statements.
Timely and efficient handling of refunds, terminations, deposit releases/Compliance with current legislation (RICS, ARLA) Data and records maintenance.
