We are currently looking for an experienced Property Management Team Leader to join our PM Hub on a fixed term contract basis. Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:
- To manage the relationship between Tenant and Landlord
- Manage the Landlord Portfolio
- Create and maintain detailed, accurate file notes
- Manage day-to-day relationships with contractors
- Progress Damages & Reimbursements
- Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Preparation of reports to Senior Management
- Monitoring workload of team
- Hold monthly 121s with the team
- Oversee training and development of new members of staff
- Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
- Comply with all Legislation
Skills & Experience Required to be a successful Team Leader:
- Experience within Estate Agency, Residential Lettings and Property Management
- You will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate success within Property Management
- You will be qualified to ARLA /NFOPP Legal Advanced Level or Equivalent
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
