We are currently looking for a Lease-up Consultant to join our PRS Team in Maidenhead. The role will be assisting in the lease up of a large Build to Rent site on a hybrid working fixed term basis with remote working available. The candidate will need to be outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking in order to have what it takes to progress and succeed in a leading property company. Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and register portal and telephone enquiries, along with utilising our database to generate viewing appointments on our developments and properties.
- Focus to build rapport with the client in order to understand their portfolio, upsell their units and convert initial enquiries into deals.
- Meeting new applicants on site.
- Organising & carrying out viewing/viewing tours.
- Maintain regular contact with the Build to Rent team in relation to coordinating viewings and viewing feedback.
- Discuss and hand over any offers received to the Build to Rent team.
- Provide administration of legal documentation for letting tenancies including but not limited to new tenancy paperwork, mid tenancy changes, terminations.
- Marketing, to include canvassing and social media.
- Ensuring all administration is completed to a high standard and fully compliant in line with legislation and the audit guidelines.
- Liaising with branch and clients to ensure the timely completion and receipt of all compliance certificates such as EPC, EICR, Landlord gas safety record.
- Being pro-active and managing time effectively to provide high level of support to the team.
- Have a good understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
Experience and Skills Required
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have access to a personal mobile and laptop device.
- Previous experience within an estate agency or an administration role, an advantage but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
