Hamptons is entering an exciting phase of global growth and we’re looking for a highly creative, self-driven videographer & content creator to join our International Team and help bring the brand to life across international markets.
This role is ideal for a hands-on visual storyteller who thrives on being in the field – capturing premium property, lifestyle and brand content. We are looking for someone who can confidently edit and deliver assets for us across social media as well as support digital platforms such as website, email marketing and broader brand campaigns.
You’ll work closely with social media, marketing and brand teams to ensure all content feels unmistakably Hamptons: refined, aspirational, modern and globally relevant. Part of the largest and most successful estate agency and property services provider in the UK, you will be joining a forward-thinking and innovative team to help powerhouse international growth through thoughtfully curated content.
Role OverviewYou will be a key contributor to the International Marketing Team achieving its objectives and visually building the brand through content execution. You will be encouraged to come up with your own creative ideas and deliver your own projects to specific deadlines too. Your main focus will be helping to grow the international brand globally through content, being responsible for end-to-end ideation, curation and post-production. We’re also looking for someone who is super proactive in coming up with new ideas for content, having their finger on the pulse with trending ideas and being one step ahead in executing content.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation and Filming
- Capture high-quality video content across property, lifestyle, people and brand storytelling
- Shoot in London and on location across international markets as the brand expands
- Film content optimised for multi-channel use including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites and email
- Confidently manage shoots end-to-end: lighting, audio, framing and creative direction with the support of the wider team
- Edit video content for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring best-in-class quality and pacing
- Create variations of core content for different channels (short-form, long-form, reels, stories)
- Apply brand-aligned colour grading, captions, sound design, speed ramps where needed and graphic overlay
- Manage post-production workflows efficiently to meet fast-moving content demands
- Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing Teams to support campaign activity
- Help identify content opportunities and trends that align with the Hamptons’ brand values
- Ensure all content meets guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
- Support reactive and planned content needs across the calendar
- Proven experience as a creator, videographer or producer
- Experience in the property industry is desirable
- Previous experience working within international markets is welcomed but not critical
- Demonstrated experience in aerial videography using drones is desirable
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro)
- Confident filming independently with professional camera equipment
- Excellent visual storytelling instincts with a premium brand mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally
