We are currently looking for an experienced Prime Associate Director. This is a prestigious opportunity to become an integral member of our Prime Country Sales team, a specialist and long-standing division of Hamptons, dedicated to the sale of exceptional properties across the country. You will be joining a busy and successful team of Prime Associate Directors, each a specialist in their own areas across Buckingham, Berkshire & Hertfordshire. Evolved from our historic Country House department, the team meet regularly and offer bespoke support to the expertise of our local offices.

Responsibilities:- Pitching for new Prime business opportunities and developing client relationships alongside the office Head of Sales
- Target new Prime business revenue within the areas covered by our Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Gt Missenden, Amersham and Rickmansworth offices
- Implement innovative and focused marketing campaigns targeted at Prime Country Sales
- Maintaining and expanding Prime brand awareness within the local area in line with the aims of our prestigious and bespoke proposition
- Identifying new Prime opportunities to refer business to different departments of the wider network
- Proven and experienced in operating in the Prime sales market
- Proven track record at exceeding targets
- Experience in client management and face-to-face client relationships
- A positive, proactive, determined and driven attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role, London or country
- A full UK driving licence
