We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join and lead our Weybridge office. Hamptons Managers lead our branch teams to go further and do more to move people in all the ways that make finding a new home exciting, easy and seamless for our customers. With a passion for people management and coaching, our managers get the best from individuals and create teams of trusted advisors for our customers. They naturally inspire those around them and lead by example to embody our brand values. With drive, energy and strong commercial awareness, our managers grow market share, set and maintain exceptional standards and analyse new opportunities with excitement.
