Key Responsibilities
- :Meeting and registering new applicant
- sOrganising & carrying out viewing
- sMaintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communication
- sAchieve all daily and weekly target
- sArrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the landlord`s instruction
- sNegotiate where instructed any offers receive
- dHave an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitor
- sWork closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise the
