Hamptons are seeking a dynamic and pro-active Development Consultant/Senior Development Consultant to join the Residential Development Team in Central London.

The team specialises in providing developer clients with comprehensive advice to support their aims to achieve financially viable and successful residentially-led schemes. The department is involved in a wide range of projects, from small-scale boutique developments through to large-scale regeneration schemes.

To fulfil the key tasks in the role, the following skills and competencies are crucial:

Play a crucial role in contributing to the department’s annual income through:

  • Generating income via Development Consultancy reports
  • Strengthening client relationships to secure new business opportunities.
  • Consistently contributing as part of the project team for larger schemes
  • Attention to Detail

Skills and Ability

  • The individual should have an-depth understanding of the residential development market, trends, and dynamics, allowing for informed advice to developer clients.
  • Proficiency in analysing market intelligence and providing meaningful insights.
  • Efficient project management skills and a capable of working autonomously on individual project tasks, demonstrating proactivity, initiative and self-reliance
  • Producing professional and well-structured reports and proposal, with exceptional attention to precision and accuracy in every project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to identify the most effective way to present information
  • A drive to network within the residential sector, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of developers, fostering valuable connections and staying abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
  • A desire to assist with the winning of new business
  • To be an internal and external Ambassador for Hamptons
  • Highly competent with Microsoft excel, Word and PowerPoint
