Hamptons are looking for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join and support the London team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and seamless support function to customers via telephone and e-mail, ensuring an appropriate service is provided to all customers, identifying any needs, and providing empathy to ensure that quality of service is maintained. Your ability to prioritise, multi-task, and adapt to urgent situations will be very important, along with your impressive attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Hybrid working, part-time role, 25 hours per week, 09:30 to 15:00. Responsibilities: Handling all inbound company complaints via telephone and email. Acknowledging and dealing with complaints via our internal Customer Care Procedures. Liaising with relevant Manager/Director to ensure complaints are acknowledged, responded to, and resolved within the given deadlines. Operational problem solving and taking action to improve customer experience. Provide a friendly and professional service to the customer. Informing/Liaising with Insurers on any high-level claims. Liaising with The Property Ombudsman and Legal department should complaints escalate. Provide monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on the level of complaints and their resolution. Provide ad-hoc admin assistance to the Executive Assistant. Experience & Skills Required: Experienced in providing high-level administrative support. Experienced in handling customer complaints (in any industry). Exceptionally organised and comfortable working independently. Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner. Comfortable liaising with Senior Staff: Directors and MD level. Flexible to adapt to changing demands. Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook.
