We are currently looking for an experienced Tenancy Account Manager to join our support HUB based in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:
- This challenging role deals with both the internal and external customer and is an integral part of the lettings process.
- Control of our Clients Accounts ensuring funds are allocated in a timely manner and resolution to unallocated monies.
- Communication with landlord and tenants, keeping them up to date with progress reports and managing expectations.
- Chase and collection of rent arrears in accordance with SLA.
- Provision of quality information to the business and to the customer regarding client accounts and statements.
- Timely and efficient handling of refunds, terminations, deposit releases.
- Compliance with current legislation (RICS, ARLA).
- Data and records maintenance.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in an accounts environment would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Will be able to prioritise your workload in order of urgency.
- Good IT skills are required.
