Hamptons are currently looking for a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant to join the Client Accounts department based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with any ad hoc tasks to ensure all information is accurate and all queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Proactively develop excellent relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure all Landlords always receive a personal and professional service.
  • Ensure that security checks have been completed in line with company policy.
  • Run reports and distribute to Branches and Property Managers and liaise with Tenancy Account Managers.
  • Produce a month end pack for the Senior Management (Age Debt, Rent Arrears, office Account, Live tenancies, fee refunds, deal amendments and any other information that may be required).
  • Report on the unallocated funds that are currently on the tenancy records monthly.
  • Analyse the over 90-day Client Accounts Age debt report.
  • Monitor and report on landlords with rent guarantee insurance.
  • Run branch Rent arrears report and send each branch their relevant report.
  • Any other task that is required within the team to ensure the effective and efficient running of the department, which also includes any ad hoc projects that arise within the department.
