Whether you are highly experienced, or new to our industry, we are looking for people who display energy, passion and enthusiasm in their given area of expertise. We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our Statutory Notices Team based in Pimlico.
Responsibilities of an Administrator:
- Prepare and coordinate service of notices in line with the Renters Rights Act and related legislation.
- Ensure all termination processes are completed to a high standard and fully compliant with current legal requirements, company procedures and audit guidelines.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal departments regarding notice requirements, timelines, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of notices served, key dates, and supporting documentation and monitor notice periods and deadlines, flagging upcoming actions to relevant parties.
- Monitor and support the progression of tenancy terminations from notice stage through to vacant possession.
- Handle queries relating to notices and termination processes in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to the Renewals Department and liaise with other departments where necessary to ensure the smooth running of tenancies.
- Be pro-active and manage time effectively to provide a high level of support to the department.
- Liaise with branches, landlords, and tenants to ensure the timely completion and renewal of compliance documentation, including EPCs, EICRs, and Landlord Gas Safety Records.
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times.
Skills & Experience Required to be a successful Administrator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise.
- Positive, pro-active and flexible approach.
- Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous administration experience required, ideally within the property industry.
