We are looking for a motivated Administrator to support our Surrey and Southern New Homes team based in our Hamptons Guildford office. Supporting the Head of Residential Development and the wider team, you will assist with and take ownership of a variety of office administration and high-level marketing roles to support this busy New Homes business.

Our New Homes team based in Guildford works with a diverse portfolio of clients and New Homes developments throughout Surrey and Hampshire, from starter homes through to luxury executive mansion houses. The primary purpose of your role is to support the New Homes team within the office with administrative support duties; this role does also involve some additional marketing support.

Full time role: Monday to Friday. (We are open to discussing a flexible working pattern if required for the right individual)

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Portfolio updates and distribution
  • Weekly Rightmove reporting
  • Creation and delivery of HTML development campaigns
  • Assist in managing and updating property portals
  • Hamptons brochure and price list production and distribution
  • Produce window cards and monitor and update window displays
  • Setting up new development listings
  • Collation and submission of weekly figures reporting
  • Office supply management
  • Arranging and managing photography and floor plans on developments
  • Briefing and overseeing signage production and installation
  • Working closely with the Head of Residential Development for the Southern and Surrey business

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
  • Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
  • Well presented
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Conscientious and forward-thinking
  • Creative
  • A working understanding of Salesforce would be of benefit but not essential
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably experienced as an Administrator / Secretary or in a similar role
  • Previous administration experience within an estate agent or the property industry is not essential as full training is provided
