Hamptons are proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established and passionate Adult’s social care provider to help recruit for a motivated and resilient Unit Manager to work as part of as strong management team in a 70 bed nursing home in the Watton area., Hamptons are working in partnership with our client a well-known and respected Adult Care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit an experienced Unit Manager. The appointed candidate will be responsible for making sure our client has the best nursing and clinical care provisions for our client’s residents, and you will be actively contributing to clinical delivery.

This service is a Nursing Home and so the successful candidate will require an NMC Registered Nurse.

  • NVQ level 5 in Health & Social care.

  • Experience as a Registered Manager in a similar service.

  • Experience of providing care for Elderly people.

  • The ability to maintain high standards.

  • Experience of using technology in care homes.

  • A nursing qualification with an active PIN.

  • A driven mindset to get the job done efficiently but also in line with our client’s ethos and values.
