An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Assistant to join our team. Your main responsibility will be marketing properties available to let, handling enquires, conducting viewings and taking applications, looking after the process through to the tenancy starting along with providing administrative support to the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities include
- Responding to applicant enquires, qualifying and registering them
- Conduct viewings
- Handle all administration relating to property marketing
- Provide administrative support to others
- Handle administration for lets including referencing and creating tenancy agreements
- Receive customers and visitors to the office as first point of contact
- Handle move-in appointments
- Support Property Management when necessary
- Take responsibility for property compliance

- 1 year customer service or front of house experience
