Opportunity
Our client is looking to hire an Analyst to join its lean deal team. This is a unique opportunity to work across both principal investing and advisory mandates, gaining early exposure to live transactions and direct mentorship from senior leadership. You will work on high-profile deals, supporting all aspects of investment and advisory processes, from market research and financial modelling to preparing investor materials and managing execution. The role offers hands‐on client interaction, exposure to senior decision‐makers, and accelerated learning in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Role Overview
- Work across both advisory and principal investing, supporting fundraises, M&A processes, and direct investments across Europe and North America.
- Perform in-depth company evaluation including financial and commercial due diligence.
- Build financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis) and valuations.
- Prepare investor presentations, investment committee materials, and deal‐related documentation.
- Partner closely with the founder and senior team, gaining top‐tier mentorship and exposure.
- Entrepreneurial culture offering early responsibility, direct client exposure, and a clear path for progression.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Investment Banking experience.
- Experience preparing investor materials and supporting live deals.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor's in finance, Economics, or related field.
