Hampton Academies Trust is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support teaching staff and work with the Inclusion, SEND and Pastoral teams to enhance development and education for students, including those with EHCPs and additional needs.
The role includes promoting positive behaviour, engagement and wellbeing, supporting SEMH needs, and assisting with planning and learning activities for individuals and small groups.
