Hampton Gardens Secondary School is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a specialised classroom for students with EHCPs and additional needs.
You will work with the Inclusion Team and SENDCo to deliver targeted SEMH provision and contribute to attendance initiatives.
You will lead induction, assessments, and interventions, monitoring progress and reporting to teaching staff, while coaching Level 1 and 2 Teaching Assistants.
