Required from September 2026, we currently have a vacancy for a temporary Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting a named pupil on a 1:1 basis. The ideal candidate should have experience of working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have previously worked with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. This role will involve supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis; therefore, experience of autism and/or PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) will be advantageous.
As part of your role as a Teaching Assistant, you will be required to carry out 30 minutes of Midday Supervision per day, which is a great way to build positive relationships with all children.
Hours of Work: 8.30am to 3.30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). Full time positions are 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a term time only basis.
