HamptonCollege is seeking an exceptional leader to become our next Head of School(Primary Phase). This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving all-throughschool within the highly successful Hampton Academies Trust and buildupon the strong foundations established over many years.
The PrimaryPhase is a successful and inclusive school community where pupils achievestrong outcomes and are supported by a talented, dedicated team of staff.Recent successes include an 80% pass rate in the Year 1 Phonics Screening Checkand an impressive 75% combined attainment at the expected standard at Key Stage2.
As Head ofSchool, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership for the twoform entry Primary Phase, driving excellence in teaching and learning,championing high expectations for every child, and fostering a culture wherestaff and pupils can flourish. Working closely with the Executive Headteacher,Head of School (Secondary Phase), governors and trust leaders, you will play akey role in shaping the future direction of the school and contributing to thewider success of the Trust.

This role will suit an existing Headteacher looking for a new challenge, or anexperienced and accomplished senior leader ready to take the next step intoheadship.
