Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built home in the London suburb of Hampton, providing high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. Set across three floors with generous ensuite bedrooms, dedicated staff teams and secure landscaped gardens, the home offers a safe, supportive and welcoming environment designed for comfort, dignity and quality of life.
Contract: Β£25.23 per hour
Contracted to: 36 hours per week
Benefits: Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract), ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development.
Role Overview: As Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care while taking responsibility for maintaining safe, effective and person-centred practice across your shift. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, ensuring standards are upheld and care is delivered consistently in line with best practice. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication and monitor changes in physical and mental health. Leading shifts, you will support and guide the care team, make informed clinical decisions and respond promptly to changing needs, ensuring continuity and quality of care at all times. Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, you will use your judgement and experience to maintain high standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to a well organised, professional environment where dignity, independence and wellbeing are always prioritised.
What We Are Looking For:
- Registered Nurse RGN or RMN with an active NMC PIN
- Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
- Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds who are keen to develop within this environment
