A day in the life of

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of the hotel.

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue and occupancy rates up. Networking and conducting market research will be an essential part of your role, as you identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients. You'll also get to negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, collaborate with other departments to make sure guests are happy, and analyse market trends to create effective marketing plans and sales reports that will be critical to the success of the hotel.

As a personable and organised individual with a passion for the hospitality industry, you will excel in this role.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a Sales Manager capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry. As the commercial expert for this hotel, you will be able to comfortably discuss business performance and make informed decisions/recommendations at a senior level. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the senior management team on-property and upskilling the team to ensure we maximise revenue at every opportunity.
