Job Description:

Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a full-time Guest Service Manager.

We want a confident communicator, who brings personality and shine to our team.

  • Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
  • Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
  • Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
  • Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out.
  • Managing bills & payments.
  • Running the bar.
  • Following all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely.

You will have \’Hamptonality\’

  • Great energy and a can-do attitude.
  • Great at managing people, and you love chatting with guests.
  • Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.
  • Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!).

Useful Experience

  • Supervisor or management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
  • Full-time permanent contract with salary exceeding the living wage.
