Job Description:
Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a full-time Guest Service Manager.
We want a confident communicator, who brings personality and shine to our team.
- Managing a team of Guest Service, and Food & Beverage assistants.
- Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
- Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
- Manage hotel room inventory & checking guests in/out.
- Managing bills & payments.
- Running the bar.
- Following all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely.
You will have \’Hamptonality\’
- Great energy and a can-do attitude.
- Great at managing people, and you love chatting with guests.
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.
- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!).
Useful Experience
- Supervisor or management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
