Restaurant Food & Beverage Assistant
The Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport has 100 bright modern bedrooms, situated right off the A18 just a short walk from Humberside International Airport.
We're just 15 minutes from the sprawling Lincolnshire Wolds and Humber Bridge giving access to East Yorkshire.
We are a friendly, helpful, and warm team looking to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
There is a spacious lounge area perfect for relaxing after a busy day located on the ground floor alongside a bar serving hot and cold beverages and snacks.
In addition, you can order a tasty meal off our lounge menu.
Or if you are looking for a more formal dinner than the lounge, our casual Touchdown Bar & Grill restaurant onsite serves a range of classic dishes.
There is also an onsite gym for our overnight guests available and a business centre where you can focus on your work.

- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service within the restaurant
- Welcome guests and help create a positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in line with company standards
- Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, promotions and available products
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests professionally and promptly
- Prepare and maintain restaurant areas to a high standard
- Process payments and transactions accurately
- Follow food safety, health and safety and company procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences

- Previous hospitality, restaurant or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
