We are seeking a committed, confident and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning across Key Stage 2 through high-quality teaching and positive, purposeful classroom practice. The role involves creating a calm, structured and engaging environment where children feel secure, motivated and ready to learn.

You will help to establish consistent routines and clear expectations, while promoting independence, resilience and positive behaviour. Working closely with teachers and leaders, you will plan and deliver lessons, cover classes across KS2 and support learning for individuals and groups to ensure strong progress for all pupils. You will be a valued member of the teaching team, taking part in CPD and contributing to the wider life of the school. The role includes allocated PPA time to support effective planning and preparation.

We are looking for someone who is reflective, proactive and committed to ongoing professional development. Experience of supporting a range of learning needs, including SEND, is desirable.
