Hampstead Theatre is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Café Bar operation in North West London. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering an outstanding hospitality experience to both theatre audiences and a growing daytime clientele. You will oversee daily operations, lead and develop a team, and drive strong commercial performance across food and drink sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service delivery
- Stock control
- Supplier relationships
- Compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Improving financial performance through effective cost control and revenue growth
You will work closely with the Theatre Manager and Front of House team to support performances, events, and hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming visitor experience. This role would suit a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and experience managing busy café, bar, or venue operations.
Contract: Full-time, 38 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Saturday, based on operational needs.
