This is an office based role that provides considerable variety and combines customer relationship management with order processing. Coming up with creative solutions to everyday issues is always welcome in our small team! But you will need to be organised, have excellent number/excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Check the accuracy of orders and follow their progress through to being delivered. This involves working with our warehouses in the UK and the EU using warehouse management systems, Mintsoft, Workhorse and Xero.
- Be experienced in using platforms for retailers like Ocado, Wholefoods, Shopify, Faire etc.
- Complete new line forms for new listings, manage and keep records of customer promotions, pricing.
- Coordinating samples for customers.
- Managing our Shopify site to set up products, pricing etc.
- Being responsible for transporting orders including export documentation such as packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates etc.
- To be successful in this role you will need to be exceptionally organised and a team player.
- Cheerful and efficient customer service and problem solving using initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team, persistence and to work well under pressure in a fast growing business.
- Advanced EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, sites like Shopify.
- Have previous experience in a similar role in FMCG/food and bev, with an understanding of using batch codes, best before dates etc.
- Be able to work to tight deadlines with a flexible working approach to varying workloads.
- Prior experience in a sales/office administration role.

Salary: Depends on experience (30-35K pa). 28 days holiday, pension, loads of Tea.
