The Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust is looking for one or more organised, practical and people-focused colleagues to support the day-to-day running of our small conservation charity.

The role includes resident and office coordination, information and property administration, meeting support and governance processes. We are open to appointing either one full-time person covering the whole role, or more than one part-time colleague with responsibilities divided between them.

This could suit someone who enjoys varied, useful work in a small organisation where their contribution is visible. The role is office-based in London NW11. Full-time, part-time and annualised-hours arrangements will be considered.

Salary: £29,000–£32,000 per annum FTE, pro rata where applicable. Closes 4 August 2026, interviews from 10 August.
