We're looking for a strategic, customer-centric and commercially minded Product & Proposition Manager to help shape, grow and optimise HTB's award-winning savings proposition across personal, business and charity markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development, customer experience, digital journey design and commercial analysis. You'll play a key part in defining the end-to-end savings experience, enhancing digital journeys, managing product lifecycles, and driving forward a roadmap of change that supports HTB's ambitious growth plans. Proposition, Customer Experience & Digital Journeys
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of digital-first savings journeys across acquisition, onboarding, servicing and retention.
- Use customer insights, behavioural data and complaints themes to identify friction points and define enhancements.
- Collaborate with CX, marketing and operations to ensure experiences are seamless, compliant and consistently customer-focused.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full savings product suite - including Easy Access, Fixed-Term, Notice Accounts, ISAs and SME deposits.
- Undertake commercial analysis, product reviews and fair value assessments.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to inform product improvements and new propositions.
New Product Development & Enhancements
- Design, develop and launch new savings products and features end-to-end.
- Create business cases, product proposals and customer impact assessments.
- Work cross-functionally to bring new propositions to market effectively.
Change, Roadmap & Backlog Ownership
- Own and prioritise the savings change roadmap across digital journeys, product rules, processes and platform enhancements.
- Write clear requirements/user stories and support tech teams with acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with transformation, operations, Finova and technology partners to ensure change is well-sequenced and aligned to strategy.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all propositions meet Consumer Duty, Conduct, AML/KYC and BCOBS obligations.
- Maintain robust product governance, controls and documentation.
- Provide insights, materials and recommendations for key governance forums.
Experience
- Experience in financial services (savings, deposits or related products).
- Proven track record improving digital customer journeys.
- Experience in product management, proposition development or CX.
- Exposure to change delivery, requirements writing and roadmap/backlog management.
Desirable
- Knowledge of ISA rules and regulatory considerations for savings products.
- Experience with core banking platforms (e.g., Finova) and digital delivery.
- Strong analytics, commercial modelling and product performance analysis.
