About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This is a key role in driving HTB's analytics strategy, delivering high-quality reporting and insights that support decision-making across the organisation. You will lead BI initiatives, act as a subject matter expert for data stakeholders, and deliver advanced analytics projects that help shape the future of data-driven performance at HTB.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics and BI initiatives, promoting best practices and a data-first approach.
- Maintain and enhance reports, automating processes where possible.
- Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from core systems.
- Deliver advanced analytics and AI projects aligned with business strategy.
- Analyse data to identify trends, provide insights, and uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements for reporting and analytics projects.
- Guide KPI development to drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or MI roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise in Tableau dashboard development.
- Experience in Financial Services or Banking.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Desirable: Power BI experience, agile development knowledge, and data warehousing techniques.
