  • Prepare and oversee monthly time‐delay and cost overrun analysis.
  • Perform cashflow analysis against approved credit to identify material variances.
  • Monitor early warning indicators and escalate concerns in line with bank policy.
  • Servicing & Customer Management — Act as the first point of contact for customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Approve advances, materials on site, and payments within delegated authority.
  • Produce customer administration documents, including redemption statements.
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records and monitoring systems.
  • Credit & Reporting — Prepare high‐quality credit proposals for amendments to existing facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with HTB's credit policies and procedures.
  • Produce clear and accurate management information and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Delivery — Work closely with lending, underwriting, and risk teams.
  • Support department and bank‐wide projects as required.
  • Contribute proactively to a collaborative and high‐performing team environment.

Who You'll Work With

  • Head of Portfolio Management (Specialist Mortgages & Bridging)
  • Underwriters and Portfolio Managers
  • Risk & Compliance (2nd Line)
  • Brokers, customers, conveyancers, and legal partners

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in property lending or development finance within banking or property services.
  • Strong understanding of bridging finance and refurbishment‐led lending.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Customer‐focused mindset with a track record of delivering excellent service.
  • Solid understanding of risk management and credit stewardship.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage brokers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Phoebus, Keystone, or Tableau is desirable.

  • Private Medical Insurance (Bupa).
  • Mental health & wellbeing support via YuLife & Bupa.
  • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) + Holiday Buy Scheme.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme & Green Car Scheme.
  • Enhanced family leave policies.
  • Study support & professional memberships.
  • Hybrid working (50/50).
  • YuLife Rewards – lifestyle & retail discounts.
  • Pension scheme – 8% employer contribution (non‐contributory).
