    • Drive display campaigns on GDN and partner networks
    • Execute targeted paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit and emerging channels
  • Website Optimisation & Conversion
    • Improve landing pages, product journeys and conversion pathways
    • Collaborate with UX, analytics and content teams to refine user experience
    • Champion CRO and structured experimentation across journeys
  • CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Communications
    • Plan and deliver lifecycle and triggered email journeys
    • Drive online banking registrations, digital self‑service usage and product adoption
    • Manage segmentation, templates and performance reporting
  • Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
    • Analyse performance across awareness, acquisition, conversion and retention
    • Present insights and recommendations for future optimisation
    • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates and AI‑based opportunities

Who You Will Work With

  • External digital & creative agency partners (as needed)

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytics skills using GA4, Looker, Ads Manager & platform insights
  • CRO knowledge: A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, landing-page optimisation
  • CRM experience (Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Acoustic or similar)
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills

Key Attributes

  • Analytical, commercially minded and data‑curious
  • Collaborative across cross‑functional teams
  • Digitally fluent and proactive in adopting new digital capabilities
  • Supportive leader able to coach junior team members

  • Cycle to Work & Green Car Schemes
  • Enhanced family leave
  • Study support & professional memberships
  • Hybrid working (50% minimum office)
  • YuLife Rewards – retail, lifestyle & experience discounts
  • Pension: 8% employer contribution (non‑contributory)
